Who we are

What data we process

When you complete our contact form or get in touch, we process the data you provide yourself:

• first and last name;
• phone number and e-mail address;
• city;
• the content of your message and any attachments;
• the indicative budget you specify.

How we use your data

We use your data solely to answer your request, prepare a no-obligation consult or quote and communicate with you about your project. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Legal basis

Processing takes place on the basis of your consent and/or to take steps at your request prior to entering into an agreement.

Retention period

We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or for as long as legally required.

Sharing with third parties

We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. To operate our website and communications we use processors, such as an e-mail service (Brevo) and a hosting provider. Appropriate agreements are in place with these parties.

Cookies

Our website uses Google Analytics (to measure visits anonymously), Microsoft Clarity (for anonymised usage analysis such as heatmaps and session recordings, in which entered text is automatically masked) and the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (for marketing purposes: measuring advertising results and showing relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram). These analytical and marketing cookies are placed only after you give consent via the cookie banner; if you decline, they are not placed. Through the Meta Pixel, data is shared with Meta, which may also process it in the United States. You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting the cookies in your browser.
